I was going through my mail this afternoon and it was my first time to read the e-mail Suzanne sent to the class. I t was actually a forwarded message depicting another cruelty done to animals and this time, in Denmark. Maybe, this is the best I could do rather than forwarding it too. I'll post it here, and you guys make your judgment. I'm not yet sure if there are any campaign to stop this "show of adulthood." We all have the right to proclaim that we are old enough and that also gives us the right to think maturely, maybe for the first time in our lives. This is a wasted opportunity of being mature. Cruelty to animals who doesn't have anything to do with claims to adulthood is not maturity.

While it may seem liar even today continues to be made this time of year BRUTAL, dantesque, bloody slaughter in the Faroe Islands, which belong to Denmark . A country supposedly of 'civilization' and a EUROPEAN UNION country. For many people this attack to life is unknown to sensitivity. IN THIS bloody slaughter to attend Moz to 'show' entering adulthood (!) is absolutely incredible that no one does A SHIT to prevent this barbarism that are committed against Calderon, an intelligent dolphin who has the particularity of approaching People out of sheer curiosity.  
PLEASE forward.

Just when I thought I'm having the lousiest holiday ever, comes the shock attack. xD

So, it happens. Just when I thought there's no wine for the whole time that I'm here, comes the blessing! =)) Nakita ko sa sala na may nagregalo pala ulit ng wine this year at yeah! Ako na pinakamasayang tao kanina dito sa bahay. :D

Then, opening my friendster, nanlaki nalang mata ko sa nakita ko. HAHAHAHA. Recently added friend. Wala na kong masabi :D

this is a very serious matter...

In the 2007, the 'artist' Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, he tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him to death.



For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based on the dog's agony, until eventually he died.
But this is not all ... the prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the 'installation' was actually art, so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008.



Let's STOP HIM!!!!!

as a fellow artist,i insist on what i believe in and i do not believe in such acts just to say you did something new,just to say that you were able to perfect the transition of what you want to portray to the viewers. i strongly disagree that such is an art.
it is passion.it is life and yes it is death,it is everything we believe in and more but art is a medium to make eyes open,to make insights, to make people think about what you made.not with what you've done.

if you are truly a great artist,you could've signified death,agony,pain or watsoever  in the simplest of ways and not this.
